Returns/Exchange
All product except CLEARANCE and SALE are returnable within 3 days of your receipt. All items must be unused, unwashed with all tags intact for the return/exchange to be processed. All items must be returned in the condition that they were received.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s card or PayPal account for the amount paid minus postage costs. Cost can apply for an exchange.
Returned items must have a tracking number when returned. Everything Preemie is not responsible for lost, damage or shipping fee on returns.
Please keep items away from perfumes, smoke, etc. for the safety of the babies)
Shipping/Delivery
Most orders are shipped next business day excluding weekends. You will receive an email via the information you provided us with your tracking number and estimated delivery.
Attempted Deliveries
If a delivery is attempted and a delivery card is left and the customer fails to claim the items from the local post office, we cannot refund the customer until the goods have been returned to Everything Preemie. However, if the customer would still like the goods re-shipping, we will resend the parcel once we have received it back but will have to charge for postage again.
